It’s World Cocktail Week – seven whole days devoted to the mixologists’ masterpieces. Unsure of how to spend the most spirited week of the year? Follow our night-by-night itinerary of Perth’s best cocktail bars:
399 Bar, Northbridge
The bartenders at 399 love a challenge. Every Monday, customers are invited – nay, pleaded with – to bring mystery ingredients that their bartender must incorporate into an original cocktail. But for an extra brain tease, tonight is also the Jim Beam Small Batch Masters cocktail competition.
What to order? Whatever the winning bartender whips up
El Público, Mount Lawley
